UDK are mechanically operated pressure relief-, control dampers and check valves to be used in staircases and tunnel cross sections. A weight-loaded opening mechanism allows a regulation of the air pressure within the escape area, which prevents the entering of smoke. For this use, the responsiveness can be adjusted precisely.
