The gasketed resp. bolted plate heat exchanger is designed out of embossed stainless steel-plates with special gaskets, which are made according to the needed requirements. The plates various embossing patterns and press depths cause a high-turbulent media flow, which leads to the best possible heat transfer as well as a maximum self-cleaning-effect. They are pressed against gaskets made out of NBR, EPDM or VITON through clamping bolts between the frame plate and pressure plate.
