This often-used type of heat exchangers consists of a tube package out of straight finned tubes, which are mostly arranged, staggered in the direction of air flow. The tubes are being welded or rolled in in two opposite tube plates, the distribution of media works via the tube chambers. Those heat exchangers might also be executed with frames or casings.
